Return Policy
All SALE ITEMS are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please note items may be out of stock. Shopfiorina.com will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory.
Please no P.O. box orders. The delivery address must be a street address. Order to P.O. boxes will be cancelled.
Returns and Exchanges: Fiorina prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item with tags attached within 10 days and we will issue a refund, less shipping costs. Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns unless shopfiorina.com has sent the wrong size or item. All returns MUST include a copy of your electronic order confirmation or the packing slip sent with your merchandise in order for us to process your refund. Exchanges may be made within 14 days of purchase with tags attached. Items for return or exchange must have tags attached, be unworn, unaltered and in their original condition.
Please note all returns must be sent via UPS or registered mail as we need a signature. Please note that cosmetics, undergarments, jewelry, swimwear and special custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items: You may cancel your order via telephone, fax or email up to the time the order is shipped. If the order has been shipped you cannot cancel the order, but must return it for a refund. You are responsible for shipping costs. Shopfiorina.com may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available - in most instances we will contact you via telephone or email to discuss your order. In the event of partial orders shopfiorina.com will ship the items in stock and remove the out of stock items from your order - sending an email confirmation.
